Retreats can vary between 4 and 14 days of spirit work and are
custom designed for each individual group.
Includes both ground and mounted work, group and private instruction,
theory classes, individual mind, body, spirit sessions for riders and horses, and group
events such as fire circles, drumming, yoga, healthy meals, and more.

Consultations
Is it bad behavior, or is your Horse scared, confused or in pain? Discover Answers to frustrating questions and problems no one can seem to solve.
Sacred Connections Equestrian offers in person, and online, remote consults to help you understand and resolve your horse’s individual challenges. For private or group consults, Sacred Connections Equestrian instructors travel to farms in Western North Carolina, Upstate South Carolina and Eastern TN.
Discover what is behind your horse’s spooky, uncooperative, or dangerous behavior. Discuss easy to understand, practical solutions that will help your horse become the willing, loving partner you’ve always dreamed of riding.
Consults take 1.5 to 2 hours and begin with an evaluation of hoof balance, movement, possible sources of pain or discomfort, communication, behavior, and rider’s influence.
We then discuss your needs and riding goals and determine if they are realistic for you and your horse.
Finally, your Sacred Connections Equestrian consultant will outline an easy to follow program to help you and your horse solve the problems causing the frustration, fear, risk and disconnect preventing you from loving each other.
Learning
Private and group lessons are offered in person, and on line for continued learning.
Sacred Connections Equestrian offers in person, and online, remote lessons to help you
on your personal journey to better understanding, more harmony and continued fun with
your horse. For Private or group lessons, Sacred Connections Equestrian instructors
travel to farms in Western North Carolina, Upstate South Carolina and Eastern TN.
Far beyond click-bait, image focused videos, SCE lessons include mounted, dismounted
and theory instruction in the 3 Phases of the US Cavalry Forward Riding System.
Sessions are typically 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the individual horse or rider’s needs.
Both rider and horse work at their individual pace. Lessons are fun, comprehensive,
informative and include, easy to achieve, personalized goals.

Workshops
A community of support and sharing with members of the SCE family
who are changing their horses’ lives.
Sacred Connections Equestrian Workshops are an excellent follow-up to Sacred Connections Equestrian clinics. They help riders reconnect and practice what they have learned in a fun, supportive atmosphere.
Sacred Connections Equestrian Instructors will work with former clinic participants to review and improve on the information they discovered in prior clinic.
Workshops are held in a group setting and are typically one day or a half day,
depending on instructor availability.
